Shipping & Delivery

Cavalli Audio uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and shipping time.

Shipping Time

The shipping time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays "shipping: Within 24 hours," the item will leave our warehouse within 24 hours after you place your order. While Cavalli Audio works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, Cavalli Audio items have longer shipping times. For these products we will notify by email of the estimated ship and delivery times.

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

Shipping Methods

Once the item leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you choose on the Cart page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep.

    • Guaranteed Standard Shipping → Delivers within 5 business days*
    • Guaranteed 2 Day Shipping → Delivers within 2 business days
    • Guaranteed 2-3 Business Day Shipping → Delivers within 2-3 business days
    • Guaranteed Next Day Shipping → Delivers within 1 business day
  2. Shipping Methods:

    *Items shipped Standard via United States Postal Service deliver within 5 to 7 business days after shipping.

The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

Returns & Replacements

Cavalli Audio wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

If you want to return an item, ship the item back to Cavalli Audio in original packaging for a full refund. For Jena Labs, TARA Labs and other third-party products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

How to Return

Ship your item to Cavalli Audio

To ship your return item(s) to Cavalli Audio, email Sales@CavalliAudio.com for a Return Authorisation Number. Add this number to the address label on the outside of your return box. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with the packing slip. We recommend using the original packaging. Always obtain a tracking number and insurance for returns.

Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund and send you a Return Receipt confirmation email.

When to contact Cavalli Audio

If the item you've received is incorrect or damaged, contact Cavalli Audio Customer Service at Sales@CavalliAudio.com.

Technical problems with your new product

If you're having trouble with your new Cavalli Audio product, please email Sales@CavalliAudio.com before attempting a return. If Cavalli Audio cannot resolve your issue, request a Return Authorization Number for your return.

If you're having trouble with a non-Cavalli Audio product outside of Cavalli Audio's 14 day return policy, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Return and refund status

Please allow 7 days a fter shipping your return to Cavalli Audio before emailing Sales@CavalliAudio.com for your up-to-date return and refund information.
